Easiest way

Tell the website assistant what you want. It prepares the change, you tap Approve.

News, events, sponsors, officers, contact and donation details, trainings, gallery photos. Nothing changes until you approve.

  1. 1Open uspda.org/admin. Type your first name and the passcode from the group chat. Once is enough; it remembers you for a month.
  2. 2Type what you want in your own words, like “Add a news item: scholarship applications open until Oct 15.” Attach photos with the paperclip if you have them.
  3. 3It shows a card with exactly what will change. If it looks right, tap Approve. If not, tap Discard or just tell it what to fix.
  4. 4Wait about two minutes. The card says It's live with a link to see it.

Removing something asks you twice. Anything can be undone by Adrian.

You can do this

Replace or fix the souvenir program

Shows at uspda.org/souvenir and on every printed QR code. Takes 5 minutes.

  1. 1Go to fliphtml5.com and sign in.
  2. 2Open My Books and click the book called Inspired to Serve: Celebrating 10 Years of Sisterhood.
  3. 3Choose Replace PDF (sometimes called Re-upload) and pick the new PDF. Don't click “Create new book”.
  4. 4When it finishes, click Publish.
  5. 5Open uspda.org/souvenir on your phone to check.

Always the same book. The QR codes and the website point to it. A new book would break the QR codes.

You can do this

Members, dues, the join form, the directory

Shows at uspda.org/membership and uspda.org/members. Changes appear right away.

  1. 1Go to membershipworks.com/admin and sign in.
  2. 2Change what you need: fees, form questions, a member's record, member-only events.
  3. 3That's it. There is no “publish” step.

Blank grey box on your phone? You opened the page inside Facebook or Gmail. Tap “Open in browser”, or use Safari or Chrome.

Send it to Adrian

Anything else: news, an event, photos, a sponsor, officers, wording

Adrian puts it on the site within a day or two and sends you the link to check.

  1. 1Put photos, logos, or PDFs in the Google Drive folder “PDA Website”. Originals, not screenshots.
  2. 2Message Adrian on Messenger (or email uppda.us@gmail.com) with the text below, filled in.
Page: uspda.org/____
What: (news / event / sponsor / photos / officers / wording)
Text: (what it should say, exactly)
Files: (Drive folder name)
When: (date, or "whenever")

For a new event, send the Evite link too, so the RSVP buttons point to it. Editing an existing Evite needs nothing from us; the buttons already open it.

Stuck?

Message Adrian. Nothing you do here can break the site.

Passwords are never written on this page. Ask the officer who owns the account (FlipHTML5, MembershipWorks, Evite, Google Drive).
